Terms of Service:

Disclaimer: Any information presented in a session is not meant to replace psychological, legal, medical, or other professional advice or services. The guidance and insights provided by Daisy Farrell are intended to assist clients in making empowered life choices; however, clients always retain free will and personal responsibility for their actions. Daisy Farrell shall not be held liable for any action or inaction taken by the client in reference to the information presented during a session or event.

 

All sessions and events are for adults 18 years or older (some exceptions may be made; please contact Daisy directly with questions).

 

Attendance at group demonstrations or events does not guarantee a personal reading or message.

 

Professional Conduct:
Daisy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session at any time if she feels that it is not in the best interest of either party. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displays aggressive or inappropriate behavior, or if Daisy intuitively feels the session is not energetically aligned or safe. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Return Policy:

All private sessions, group sessions, and events must be paid for in advance and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment is received, your appointment or registration will be confirmed and added to the schedule.

 

All payments and deposits for sessions, events, classes, and workshops are final and non-refundable.

 

If Daisy Farrell must cancel due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, scheduling changes, or restrictions beyond her control (such as pandemic-related issues), this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • An expedited alternative date, or

  • The same date and time conducted via Zoom instead of in person, or

  • Access to recordings or comparable materials, where applicable.

 

Rescheduling Requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Requests made after that time will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

 

A “No Show” is considered non-refundable. A 10-minute grace period will be allowed from the scheduled start time before the appointment is marked as a no-show. Exceptions may be made for emergency situations at Daisy’s discretion.

Privacy Policy:

All personal and identifying information shared with Daisy Farrell, including any details discussed during your session, will be kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is of the utmost importance. Information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Store Return Policy:

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for any reason. Daisy Farrell is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out directly for assistance, and every reasonable effort will be made to help resolve the matter.

Event Policies:

Ticket Policy:

All event tickets must be paid for in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon receipt of payment, your name will be added to the official event guest list.

 

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

 

In the event that Daisy Farrell must cancel due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, pandemic restrictions, or scheduling changes, this does not constitute a refund. Should any of these situations occur, you will be offered an expedited alternative date, or the option to attend the same event virtually via Zoom.

 

Please note that a “No Show” to an event is considered non-refundable.

Demonstration Policy:

To ensure a meaningful and respectful experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following guidelines before attending a demonstration with Daisy:

 

  • Respectful Environment: Please be mindful of others during the event. Refrain from talking while Daisy is working and ensure your cell phone is silenced.

  • No Recording: Audio or video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of all participants. Daisy may make her own audio recording, which may be shared with attendees afterward via email.

  • Event Media: Daisy’s team may take photos or brief video clips during the event for promotional purposes. Nothing showing your face or personal reading will ever be shared without your explicit permission.

  • Respectful Conduct: This is a sacred and sensitive space. If Daisy feels that anyone’s behavior is disruptive or harmful to others, that person may be asked to leave without a refund.

 

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping create a safe, uplifting environment for everyone.

Class Policy:

Participation in this class is an opportunity for learning, growth, and connection. Please remember that you are fully responsible for your own results. While Daisy provides tools, guidance, and support, your outcomes depend on your personal commitment, motivation, and willingness to apply what you learn. Individual results cannot be guaranteed.

 

Mutual respect and openness are key. Please be mindful of others in the group and maintain a supportive, encouraging environment. If Daisy feels that anyone’s behavior is harmful or disruptive, she reserves the right to ask that person to leave the class with no refund.

 

Recording of any kind is not permitted. Daisy may take photos during the class with your consent, but no personal content will ever be shared without permission.

 

All class materials, including recordings, exercises, meditations, and written content, are the intellectual property of Daisy.

 

  • Materials are for your personal use only.

  • They may not be copied, distributed, or shared publicly.
