You will not leave a session feeling fearful, anxious, or worried about the future. My work is grounded in compassion, healing, and support. Messages from Spirit are always delivered with care and are meant to uplift, not frighten.

This is completely up to you.

Many mediums require a six-month waiting period, but I don’t follow a strict rule. Spirit can come through very soon after passing, and for some people, early communication can be incredibly healing.

The most important part is tuning into your own heart and emotional readiness. Make sure you're choosing the timing that honors where you are in your grief journey.

For mediumship readings, I recommend waiting at least six months between sessions. My intention is always to empower you and remind you that you are deeply connected to your loved ones, far more than any medium ever could be.

Healing sessions, however, can be booked more frequently, as energetic work often builds gently over time.

While some TV mediums do have genuine abilities, those shows are ultimately created for entertainment, not education. A lot of what you see is edited, dramatized, or structured in a way that doesn’t reflect how real mediumship works.

Everyone works differently, and I will always explain what you can expect during our time together so you feel comfortable, grounded, and informed.

As much as we may want our loved ones to receive a reading, it’s important that they make that choice for themselves. Readings are most meaningful when someone feels personally ready and open to the experience.
