A Shifted Relationship

This relationship hasn’t ended, it’s transformed. They’re still with you, even when it feels quiet.

Even as a medium, I experience that too.

Stay open. Be kind to yourself. And keep the connection alive, in whatever way feels right.

Key Tips

When Asking For Signs:

Get specific. Be clear. Then let go.

Ask for something unusual! Something they’d know is just for you.

Be open to how it comes. It may not be literal, but you’ll know when it hits.

Acknowledge it. Write it down or keep a record.

Resources For Support

This guided meditation is a great tool to try! One of my main suggestions is to choose a designated meeting location. This should be a real place that you love and associate with your loved one.

This Dream Connection Ritual is wonderful for a more hands-on approach to connecting with your loved ones!

✨ Connection Ritual for Loved Ones in Spirit ✨

In this guided ritual, I share a gentle, hands-on practice designed to help you deepen your connection with loved ones who have passed.

This experience focuses on healing, intention, and opening yourself to signs, dreams, and subtle moments of connection, while honoring the idea that your bond with them never truly ends; it simply changes form.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through preparing a meaningful ritual space, setting intentions, and creating a personal connection sachet to keep under your pillow.

This ritual can support grief healing, dream visitation, spiritual awareness, and simply feeling closer to someone you love.

Suggested Supplies:

• A small bag or pouch (mesh or fabric)
• Mugwort (recommended herb) — plus optional herbs like lavender or others you feel drawn to
• A crystal (suggestions: Amphibole Quartz, Seraphinite, Danburite, Angelite, or any soothing stone)
• Paper and pen/pencil (scissors optional)
• A candle (white preferred but not required) + lighter
• A photograph of your loved one
• A small personal item connected to them (optional)
• Optional ambiance items: incense, music, dim lighting, etc.

In this video, you’ll learn:

• How to prepare for a connection ritual
• How to set clear intentions and invite signs
• Ways to nurture connection through dreams and everyday awareness
• Tips for integrating the experience after the ritual

This practice is gentle, flexible, and personal. There’s no need to force an experience. Stay open, patient, and compassionate

with yourself as your connection unfolds naturally.

Thank you for being here and allowing yourself this sacred time of connection, healing, and remembrance. 💛
